We currently use the sensitive liquid detergent from Sonnet. It contains no fragrances and is 100% biodegradable. It is ideal for children and people with allergies.

Aus hygienischen Gründen sollte das Produkt gereinigt werden bevor es zurückgeschickt wird.

Bitte sende uns ein E-Mail an info@gaia-children.com wenn du ein Produkt retournieren willst. Danach terminiere bitte dein Abo, reinige dein Produkt und sende es an die Rücksendeadresse zurück.

Bitte schreibe uns eine E-Mail an info@gaia-children.com mit der bitte um Rückerstattung. Es werden Stornierungsgebühren in der Höhe von 3 CHF anfallen.

Die Mietzeit beginnt mit dem Datum der Bestellung. Der Mietvertrag kann jederzeit mit einer Frist von einem Monat gekündigt werden. Damit die Kündigung wirksam wird, müssen alle Mietgegenstände spätestens 5 Tage nach dem Kündigungstermin zurückgegeben werden und bei GAIA eingehen. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt somit einen Monat. Die Mindestmietdauer gilt auch, wenn das Produkt frühzeitig zurückgegeben wird, nur getestet werden will oder unter Umständen nicht passend ist.

Momentan erfolgt Lieferung / Rückgabe nur auf dem Postweg.
